Neil Allardyce brings two decades of osteopathic expertise to FRAME Osteopathy. After training at the London School of Osteopathy and running a successful clinic in Rolleston, he has now joined FRAME to continue providing high-quality care. With 20 years of experience, Neil has developed a broad skill set, using both gentle and traditional techniques to meet the diverse needs of his patients. His approach includes cranial osteopathy, visceral techniques, and acupuncture, with each treatment plan uniquely tailored to the individual.

Neil’s acupuncture training is a distinctive feature of his practice. Having completed extensive studies in China, he is proficient in both Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Western acupuncture. This dual expertise allows him to blend Eastern and Western philosophies, offering comprehensive solutions for pain relief, injury recovery, and overall wellness.

With a strong focus on rehabilitation, Neil integrates his knowledge of Pilates into his treatments to help patients regain full function post-injury. By emphasizing quality of movement and stability, Neil ensures that his patients experience holistic recovery, improving strength and flexibility as they progress from injury to full health.

Neil has also worked with a range of national and international athletes and sporting teams, most notably with the Natal Sharks, during his years spent in South Africa. With a deep understanding of biomechanics and functional movement, Neil is highly regarded for his expertise in enhancing athletic performance and facilitating recovery from sports-related injuries.

When Neil is not in the treatment room you will find him outdoors climbing a hill or paddling on water somewhere!
